Our Raleigh family dentist office is proud to announce our new CBCT Scanner, the NewTom VG3. This new CBCT Scanner is the top-of-the-line in dental technology and allows us to perform a wide range of exams, and is one of the few available in the Triangle.
The NewTom VG3 scans 3D images in a quick 18 seconds. Adult 2D images can be done in 9.1 seconds and child dentition in 7 seconds. Primary reconstruction is available in 3D or 2D in as little as 15 seconds. Not only does our new scanner have the ability to perform a variety of exams with a short exam time and low dose, it can provide a more complete and immediate diagnosis.
