Insurance
Our office is “fee-for-service” so that Dr. Silvoy can spend more time on your care, use higher-quality materials,
and offer treatments that are truly best for your unique needs, not just what the insurance company covers.
Insurance plans often have a yearly maximum, waiting periods, limited coverage, and clauses that don’t allow
coverage for certain dental procedures. Dentists who are out-of-network work directly with patients rather than
through insurance contracts. The contingencies and yearly maximums imposed by dental insurance companies
have not been updated since the 1970s. However, dental technologies have advanced greatly over the past 50+
years. Dr. Silvoy uses the latest technologies and high-quality materials to provide you with the exceptional care
you deserve: lasers for gum therapy, robotics for implant placement, 3D printing for orthodontic aligners, and
milling for same-day porcelain crowns. Unfortunately, dental insurance will not cover specialized care Dr. Silvoy
provides.

To assist with the cost of your specific treatment needs, we may be able to file out-of-network claims for you. To

Join Our Better Smiles Savings Plan
The Better Smiles Savings Plan is an in-office membership plan designed to help patients without insurance or
those needing treatments not covered by insurance. A one-time payment of $425 includes the following over the
one year of membership:
● Free general cleanings
● Free exams
● Free x-rays
● Free emergency appointments
● Free pre- and post-op appointments
● 20% off or more on the fees for restorative treatments performed in-office (i.e. fillings, crowns,
extractions, implants, veneers, dentures, aligners, etc.)
